Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All Matcha Chat sessions are 15 minutes and require payment in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are nonrefundable. You may reschedule once, subject to availability. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time and ready to chat! Sessions will end at their originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. If you are more than 5 minutes late or fail to attend your scheduled session, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your payment will not be refunded. What's Included The Matcha Chat is a 15-minute virtual career consultation designed to provide personalized guidance and actionable next steps. This session does not include resume writing, LinkedIn profile updates, document reviews, or ongoing career coaching. Additional services may be purchased separately. Technical Difficulties If technical difficulties prevent us from completing your session, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. If Maestro must cancel your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
